Fertile meadows at full or 99% fertility (you must have a minimum of 1 acre in pasture per box plus an extra acre, so have enough meadows so that you can comfortably do this for the number of boxes you have and still have some to lay fallow and grow crops on)
Carrots (allow 40 carrots per box minimum but try to keep the level higher as boarders and rabbits will eat them)
Grooms (if you have more than 20 boxes, you need a groom for every 20 additional boxes you have).

18m boxes (if you're going for the top 500 EC achievement, you don't need more than 20 - it's worth buying the biggest boxes even if it means you buy less in one go and add more on when you can afford them)
Flax bedding
Pets (either one rabbit or chicken per box, or 60% of the boxes with falabellas)
Health mash (min 20 per box, but make as many as you can to last you and allow you to add on more boxes)
Grooms (if you have more than 20 boxes, you need a groom for every 20 additional boxes you have).

- Lessons
Full staff at full pay (including bonus after 10 days):
- Grooms if more than 20 boxes,
- 2 Riding Instructors for the first 20 boxes, then one for every 30 additional boxes
- Vets at the same ratio as Riding Instructors

Blacksmith (Farrier)
- 1 Saddler (It's worth having a second Saddler as it's the only job where there is no temporary employee option)
Temporary employees give the same prestige as real ones
Highly skilled dressage horses - you can have just one horse boarded with enormous dressage skills and have 0.10 or 0.099 lessons

In order to get 100% lesson prestige, there is a minimum number of boxes (currently 50+ but this does change from time to time).

Quality 98-100% => lesson gain 0.10 + 24
Quality 94-97% => lesson gain 0.099 + 23
Quality 89-93% => lesson gain 0.098 + 22
Quality 84-88% => lesson gain 0.097 + 22
Quality 80-83% => lesson gain 0.096 + 21

Get your competitions running regularly and increase the difficulty a little at a time, to increase their prestige and keep them running.
- Healthcare
To get 100% prestige in healthcare : full staff at full pay (including bonuses after 10 days).
- Stabling
Overall skills of the horses boarded as higher as possible:.
- Set the minimum skills level high so that only horses with a certain amount of skills can board.
- Make the EC a "private" EC and players can request a box reserved for them while the others are reserved for yourself. (this gives you more control over the horses boarded, as a 1000+ skill hanoverian will not have the same positive effect on lessons as a 1000+ skill Irish Hunter)
Health of the horses boarded at 100%.
- Additional remarks:
Rotate your meadows to keep fertility high.
Repair boxes regularly.
Ensure your EC is adequately staffed regularly.
Divine horses do not give your EC any additional prestige at all
(their stats are not included in any rankings including ECs)
